VIDEO: Three men shot in Logan Square Neighborhood in Chicago

On Friday August 6th at around 11:00 pm three men were wounded in a shooting in Chicago’s north Westside Logan Square neighborhood.

The three men were walking on the sidewalk near Cab Works custom elevator at Diversey and Hamlin avenues, when two other men walked up from behind and opened fire on the three people.

The Bullets hit one of the men, age 19, in the neck and an 18-year-old and 21-year-old were both shot in the arms.

Police do not have anyone in custody in connection with the shooting.

The shooter or shooters are still at large.

I must now ask the hard question? Does the leadership of black lives matter realize how many calls come across the radio of minorities calling the police on other minorities in these high crime communities the majority of the calls that come into the 911 CPD dispatch center are about 70% of all calls. I had the pleasure of talking with two ladies from Englewood age 20 and 21, I asked them the question are you afraid of the police, they both instantly replied NO, they went on to say they were more afraid of young black men their own age running around their neighborhood shooting at anything that moves. They also said these young black guys shoot at women children they just don’t give a shit, that’s why we are moving out of this insane city. Maggio News Signing off.
