The first Friday in August was bloody to say the least four people were killed, including a 16-year-old boy, and at least 17 other people were wounded in shootings across Chicago since Friday morning. Maggio News covered 6 of the 21 shootings from east to west and north to south.
In the wake of the last week’s shooting of 18-year-old Paul O’Neal, and the release of the video by IPRA Friday afternoon will not make things better for the police or the residents of these communities. I expect some form of violent backlash towards police because of this action by Chicago’s MORONIC leadership.
The anger against the Chicago police is visible everywhere I look, how do I know this? because I drive in a black police cruiser all over the Chicago-land area and most residents mistake me for a cop, because I have been told i look like a cop , which I am NOT, these people in the minority neighborhoods can’t help glare at me as i drive by or walk down the blocks to gain access to the crime scenes, they look at me as though they want to kill me while some yell absentees at me. This is a clear display of the rage and anger that is building in these communities. The city is bracing for the worst but hoping for the best.
