The new Obama brainchild was unveiled this April the EEOC “Enforcement Guidance on the Consideration of Arrest and Conviction Records. What this group basically does is, sues any business that refuses to hire a criminal with a rap sheet a mile long. The government claims the reason for this unconstitutional intrusion on the rights of American businesses is that, black men are nearly seven times more likely than white men to serve time in prison. If the company does not comply the EEOC mandates they could be found guilty of “race discrimination” if it hires a law-abiding applicant over one with convictions. The heart of the matter has been exposed here, “fairness for everybody” but American businesses, the reality is this is an unprecedented power grab by the Obama Regime against the rights of all business men and woman. I fear this will be bad for American small business expansion in the country.
